School is Back in Session

Every time a new course session starts at the Pediatric Dental Assistant School, we get just as excited as we did when we first opened. We get to meet new students, help people make a better life for themselves with our career training program, and re-focus our passion– teaching.

We learn from our students too, of course. When you take our nine week course, we have plenty of time to get to know you and your needs, which helps us make our program a little better with every new session. We want to empower you to make a new, happier life for yourself, and that can’t happen without your input.

We pride ourselves on working closely with our students. We do everything we can to make sure our courses fit your schedule, our instructors can give you all the time you need, and your homework load is realistic and doable.

We want you to succeed, both during your time with us, and during your time as a pediatric dental assistant. That’s why we’re here.

Student to Teacher Ratio

People learn better in smaller classes. Instructors have more time to help each student, and students tend to bond together with the entire class instead of just a few people.

With our program, we accept up to 12 students in each class. In these small classes, your teacher has plenty of time to answer questions and help you meet your goals and challenges. You’ll also form a real community with your classmates, and you’ll empower one another to learn, grow, and succeed. A smaller classroom means less stress and more room for focus and learning.

We pack a lot into our nine week course, and the work can be challenging. We want to help you meet and exceed every challenge you encounter, and our student to teacher ratio is one way we accomplish that. We have no more than 4 students for every teacher, which ensures you’ll have plenty of room to ask questions and explore.

Working on Your Schedule

If you enroll in a Pediatric Dental Assistant School course, we know it’s because you want to make a positive change in your life. You want to make more money and spend your time doing more fulfilling work. We spend so much of our lives working in one way or another, so we might as well do something worthwhile, right?

You have other commitments– a job, a family, and a life. You can’t just take six or seven weeks away from the world to learn new skills and improve yourself.

That’s why our classes take place on Saturdays. We pack a lot of learning into each week of our course, and we’ve carefully designed each week to cover an essential area of pediatric dental assistantship.

We firmly believe you can dedicate one day a week, for nine weeks, to change your life and become a happier version of yourself. We expect a lot from our students, but our expectations are never unrealistic.

We know you can do it, and we know you can do it on your schedule.

Realistic Workload

Time is a finite resource. No matter how much we push ourselves, there are only 24 hours in a day. Burnout is a real concern, too– pushing yourself too hard and too far results in more stress and unhappiness. You have to find balance.

Our courses are not light on work or learning. They’re not easy. What they are, however, is balanced. Our students usually take home between four and six hours of homework each week. When you’re training to become a pediatric dental assistant, there’s a wealth of information to absorb, but we never overburden you with needless busywork.

We’ve worked hard to craft a reasonable, realistic course load for our students because we value their time. When you enroll in a PDAS session, we’ll respect that you have a life outside of our classes.

We want to help you succeed, not bury you under hours of superfluous homework.

Our goals are helping you make more money, helping you live a happier life, and helping you spend your working hours doing something fulfilling and satisfying. Our course is carefully designed to help you succeed. We find small class sizes, conducting classes on Saturdays, and giving our students a realistic workload helps them succeed.

It’s never too late to make a change in your life. You can still register for this class session until September 11th, or pre-register for our next session in January.

Each time school is in session, we have the privilege of helping our students change their lives for the better. We want you to enroll in our next career training program.
