If you like kids and you like to smile – come to PDAS!
The Premier Pediatric Dental Assisting School of Marietta
I have an excellent school to train pediatric dental assistants in the Atlanta area and I am spreading the word about this one of a kind opportunity!
Here’s what you need to know!
The Instructor
I have been a pediatric dental specialist for over 30 years and I have loved it from the very beginning to this day. It is one of the most rewarding and fun careers you can have. And that’s one of the biggest reasons why I offer this training program. I know there are others out there like me who would thrive in this industry.
I am currently a National Spokesperson for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD).So, as you can imagine, my influence and experience is strongly rooted in this field and I am well known across the country, as well as in this area.
I have been President of the AAPD, the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry, and the Georgia Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. I am also a member of many other boards and associations. I find it important to be a part of the community of pediatric dentists in order to share ideas, innovations, techniques, and technologies.
The School
Enough about me! What about the school? Why should you even look into pediatric dental assisting?
Pediatric dental assisting is in a world of its own. It’s a wonderful blend of working with babies, children, and teens as well as the technical side of health care and dentistry. The career is stable, dependable, and secure. And the specialty makes it fun!
The classes are ongoing throughout the year with differing start dates. The sessions last 10 weeks and the classes are held all day Saturday. So it is convenient if you are already working the typical Monday through Friday job.
We don’t accept more than 12 students per session so that the ratio between instructors and students is as low as possible. It also allows for hands-on learning very early on in the session. With other schools in the area having 50 students per class, you can guess how different it is for them as they try to learn just what to do when they are actually on the job, standing next to the dentist chair with a patient.
My school has expensive training but not at an expensive price. It is a reputable school built on the foundation that I have established through my career. And it’s right here for you to take advantage of so you can be more successful in your life.
The Career
But what happens when you graduate from the Pediatric Dental Assisting School? As I mentioned before, I have quite a few contacts in the area and a great reputation. That association also moves to my school. I am a natural fit for this niche because of the time I’ve spent in the field.
Before final graduation, you must complete an internship at a local office. I have a great success rate for pairing students and dentists, and I take into consideration where you live in the greater Atlanta area.
Obviously, if you do a good job in my office during the 10 weeks of school, I will give you a good recommendation. I work hard to find you the right fit for your internship and also for job placement when you are officially graduated.
If you do your part, I will do mine, and you’ll be hired in a heartbeat!
So don’t hesitate to contact me about PDAS and maybe in just a few months you’ll have a new career and a new lease on life!
